As a follow up to my post below about beaujolais, I have some information on the Carmel Young Selected 2007. These extremely young wines, as in past years, will be a Muscato and a Carignon. There will also be several other releases of 2007 wines in the coming weeks, but not Gamay Nouveau – true beaujolais – including an Italian-style Sangiovene from Yiftachel Wineries, from Galil Forest.
