10 Best Israeli Wines for 2009
Posted on July 27, 2008
Daniel Rogov is running a contest on his new forum “Rogov’s Place” if you can guess the 10 best Israeli wines that will show up in his 2009 book.
I haven’t responded yet, but I want to run the same contest in this blog (only without the prizes).
What do you think will be the 10 best Israeli wines according to Rogov’s 2009 book?
In 2008, these were his choices:
1. Golan Heights Winery (Katzrin, Yarden, Gamla)
2. Castel
3. Yatir
4. Margalit
5. Clos de Gat
6. Flam
7. Amphorae
8. Carmel (Limited Edition, Single Vineyard)
9. Chateau Golan
10. Ella Valley
